About Dr Jo Storey
Dr Jo Storey is a Rockhampton psychologist who works with adults and has a particular interest and experience in working with older adults.
With over 20 years of experience working in psychology in hospitals, universities and private practice, Jo has an approach to therapy which promotes the pursuit of psychological well-being at all stages of the lifespan.
Jo has particular experience working in aspects of psychogeriatrics and also works in a memory clinic at the Mater Hospital in Rockhampton.
In addition to private practice, Jo also works in hospital and nursing home settings in Rockhampton. She is interested in all aspects of adult mental health.
She assists adult clients to manage mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, cancer, grief and bereavement, death and dying, living with chronic illness and low self-esteem.
Jo has expertise in the areas of capacity and cognitive assessment.
