Jo can attend local Rockhampton aged care, hospital or nursing home facilities for the purpose of cognitive and capacity assessment by arrangement.

Alternatively, the assessments can be performed in a private consultation session at the Bolsover Street clinic.
Dr Jo Storey adheres to the COVID-19 pandemic safety protocols that apply to any local care facility or hospital.
